Privacy Policy
Money Grinding by G. Osornio ("we") runs m1ygrndn.com. This page explains what information the site collects, why, and what you can do about it. Short version: we only collect what you send us, we don't sell it, and we don't track you around the web.
What we collect
- Contact form. Your name, email, the kind of help you need and your message. It's emailed to us so we can reply. Sending a request doesn't add you to our mailing list.
- The Money Grinding list. If you join for the 25% welcome offer, we save your name, email and (if you give it) mobile number, which boxes you checked, and when and from where you signed up, so we have a record of your consent. We use it to send your welcome link and occasional deals and updates.
- Ask G chat. The questions you type are sent to Cloudflare Workers AI to generate an answer. We don't save chat transcripts. Please don't share passwords, payment details or other sensitive info in the chat.
- Bookings and payments. Booking and checkout are handled by Square. Your card details go to Square, not to us. We receive the booking details you enter (like your name, contact info, time and service) so we can show up and do the work. Square's privacy notice covers how they handle your data.
- Analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages load fast or slow. It doesn't use cookies, doesn't fingerprint you and doesn't track you across other sites.
- Your browser. The site remembers the color theme and your open chat in your own browser's storage. That stays on your device and isn't sent to us.
Cookies
We don't set advertising or tracking cookies. Square's booking window may use its own cookies to run checkout securely.
How we use it
To answer your questions, schedule and deliver services, send quotes and receipts, keep the site running, and improve it. That's it.
Sharing
We don't sell or rent your personal information, and we don't share it for advertising. We only share what's needed with the services that run this site: Cloudflare (hosting, email delivery, analytics and the AI chat), Square (booking, payments, and our email and text campaigns) and Google (our email inbox). We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
Emails and texts from us
Marketing emails go only to people who joined the list, and every one has an unsubscribe link. Texts go only to people who checked the text box. Message frequency varies, up to 4 messages a month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop, or HELP for help, or contact us at (805) 699-6195 or [email protected]. Carriers aren't liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Agreeing to texts is never a condition of buying anything. We never sell or share your mobile number or text opt-in with third parties for their marketing.
How long we keep it
List signups are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Emails and booking records are kept as long as we need them to serve you and for normal business and tax records. Ask us any time to delete what we have.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we have about you by emailing [email protected]. California residents have these rights under the CCPA, and we'll honor them for everyone. We don't sell or share personal information as defined by California law.
Links to other sites
The site links to TikTok, Discord and Square. Those services have their own privacy policies.
Kids
This site isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
